Overview
The Baseball Instructor plays a key role in delivering high‑quality training and a positive athlete experience at Wolfpack Athletics. This role is ideal for someone who loves teaching the game, thrives in a fast‑paced training environment, and wants to grow into a Lead Instructor responsible for shaping curriculum, mentoring other coaches, and elevating the overall training standard of the facility.
Instructors will run group classes, lead personal lessons, support daily facility operations, and have the option to coach a Wolfpack team if desired. This is a hands‑on, athlete‑facing role with real opportunity for advancement as the facility expands.
Responsibilities
- Lead group training classes for athletes ages 6–18, following Wolfpack’s curriculum and teaching standards.
- Provide personal and small‑group lessons focused on hitting, pitching, fielding, or all‑around development.
- Support daily facility operations, including class setup, equipment organization, and maintaining a clean, safe training environment.
- Engage with athletes and families to create a welcoming, professional, and development‑focused atmosphere.
- Assist with camps, clinics, and special events, including seasonal programming and community outreach.
- Optional: Coach a Wolfpack team during the spring, summer, or fall seasons.
- Contribute to curriculum development and help refine training plans as you grow into a Lead Instructor role.

Requirements
- Strong baseball background (college playing experience preferred but not required).
- Prior coaching or instruction experience is a plus — but a passion for teaching and working with kids is essential.
- Ability to lead groups confidently and communicate clearly with athletes and parents.
- Reliable, professional, and committed to creating a positive training environment.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends (peak training times).
- Ability to adapt, learn, and grow into a leadership role within the instructional team.
