Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly and energetic Bartender to join our Wings team. In this role, you will be the face of our bar, creating a welcoming atmosphere while serving drinks and ensuring guests have an unforgettable experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about customer service, skilled in beverage preparation, and eager to work in a lively environment that values teamwork and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, following standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, approachable manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about drinks and menu options.
- Manage Rebel POS system to process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Handle cash transactions confidently, including cash handling, cashiering, and balancing registers at the end of shifts.
- Support the bar’s operations during busy nights, including nightclub or banquet events, ensuring timely service and guest satisfaction.
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels, rotating supplies, and reporting shortages or issues promptly.
- Endure sporting events are on TVs at all times
Experience
- Previous bartending experience in sports bar arena.
- Familiarity with Revel POS is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
- Experience in retail math, basic math skills, and cash handling to ensure accurate transactions.
- Background in food service or hospitality environments that require excellent customer service skills.
