back pain, spinal conditions, neuropathy, and functional rehabilitation. Using advanced
technologies and evidence-based treatments, we help patients reduce pain, restore function,
and improve their quality of life.
We’re looking for a compassionate, energetic, and dependable Back Office Medical Assistant
who loves working with patients and thrives in a collaborative healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
●Escort patients through their treatment appointments.
●Position patients on and off spinal decompression tables.
●Perform SoftWave Therapy treatments.
●Administer EMSCULPT NEO treatments.
●Obtain patient histories and vital signs.
●Assist with basic functional assessments and testing.
●Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment.
●Support physicians and providers throughout the day.
●Monitor patient comfort and deliver an exceptional patient experience.
●Maintain accurate documentation and follow clinic protocols.
Qualifications

- Preferred Experience
Experience in any of the following is highly preferred:
- Medical Assistant experience
- Orthopedics
- Chiropractic
- Physical Therapy
- Sports Medicine
- Pain Management
- Functional Medicine
Neurology or Rehabilitation Medicine
Experience with:
- Taking vital signs
- Patient histories
- Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
- Patient education
- Back-office medical assisting

Pay: $24.79 – $29.86 per hour
