You are
• Memorable, creating unforgettable experiences in a fun and friendly atmosphere
• Inventive, using boundless imagination to craft unique surprises
• Responsible for ensuring smooth organisation and quality across all children’s activities
You will
• Supervise children aged 4 to 10 (Mini Club) and 11 to 17 (Junior Club/Passworld) within the Resort
• Organise and adapt activities and events according to age — sports, creative play, self-expression and games
• Lead Mini/Junior Club events and activities together with your team
• Implement actions to achieve the objectives defined by the Family Manager
• Manage, motivate and support your teams to ensure development and performance both qualitatively and quantitatively
• Ensure compliance with health, hygiene and safety standards across your team
You will be a Gentle Organiser (G.O)
As a G.O, you will practice your profession with passion while also participating in key moments of our guests’ stay.
Whether interacting with them, sharing an activity or showcasing your talents on stage, you will help create unique and lasting memories. Being a G.O is much more than just a job. It is about experiencing and sharing moments of connection and emotion within a multicultural team.
