OVERVIEW
JOB TITLE:
Group Sales/Ticketing – Student Manager
LOCATION:
St. Paul Campus
PAY RATE: $16.50/hr
HOURS:
10-15 per week
JOB SUMMARY:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Work with Athletics ticket office and Associate AD
– External Relations to cultivate and sell group tickets for all Tommie Sports teams.
* Develop a sales prospecting list of potential group sales contacts including youth sports teams/leagues, church groups, community groups, corporate groups and others.
* Develop collateral material customized to reach specific groups.
* Use in-game assets to create a unique in-game experience for all group attendees.
* Develop and implement an outreach plan to contact the group leaders via phone calls and emails to sell group tickets.
* Track sales across all sports on a game-by-game basis.
* Help implement group sales fulfillment at various Tommie sports home games.
QUALIFICATIONS
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Outgoing and personable with a passion for sales
* Highly motivated and target-driven
* Skilled in time management and prioritization
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for student employment, St. Thomas students must be degree seeking at the undergraduate, graduate and doctoral levels.
