Athletic Director

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree
• Appropriate Ohio Administrative Certificate/License (or be eligible to obtain)
• Previous successful leadership as an Athletic Director is preferred
• Strong team leadership skills and demonstrated ability to work collaborating as a member of an administrative team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to relate effectively with a diverse staff, students, parents, and community
• Ability to work with and promote school programs
• Understanding of scheduling and facilities management for school programs
• Ability to motivate staff members, students, and parents
• Understanding and experience with budget management
• Prior coaching experience preferred
