Position: Amazing Athletes P/T Preschool Sports Coach
Amazing Athletes is the premier sports‑based enrichment program in the country. We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals to add to our coaching team. This fun part‑time position requires traveling to different schools and day‑care centers to teach the basic fundamentals of 10 different sports to children ranging from 2½ to 6 years old. Coaches must have a passion for working with children and a desire to positively impact as many children as possible and spark a love of movement.
We are hoping to find a long‑term team member to develop within this growing company across the Frisco, McKinney, Prosper, Celina, Little Elm, The Colony, West Plano, and Carrollton areas. We expect a minimum one‑year commitment and the willingness to exercise full responsibility for the area. Because we operate within preschool hours, this is a part‑time position.
Requirements
- Must reside in Frisco, McKinney, Prosper, The Colony, Little Elm, Plano, West Plano, or Carrollton.
- Willing to travel to local schools within Frisco, McKinney, West Plano, Prosper, The Colony, and Carrollton areas.
- Available for a minimum of 3 of 5 weekdays.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to and from class locations.
- Maintain positive and professional relationships with directors, teachers, and staff.
- Available Monday‑Friday 8:30‑11:30 AM and 2:30‑4:00 PM.
- CPR and First Aid certifications (required).
- Able to carry 50 lbs.
- Must pass state and FBI background checks (includes DUI/DWI).
- Preferred: 1 year of early education and/or coaching experience.
