Your role encompasses driving strategic partnerships and offering insights into Bauer’s product performance while collaborating across teams. Your experience in sports management will help recruit top prospects and strengthen athlete ties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and manage relationships with professional female athletes
• Serve as main contact for PWHL league representatives
• Execute athlete recruiting strategies for top prospects
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams
• Lead athlete fittings and service efforts
Requirements:
• Degree in Communication or Sports Management
• Minimum 3-5 years in outside sales or communications
• Extensive knowledge of hockey dynamics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work irregular hours, including weekends
