Healthy Baller is a top Sports Performance Training and Lacrosse Skill Work Company located in Rockville, MD. Over the past two years, we have grown to three locations across the DMV and are looking to add to our team. Healthy Baller trains athletes from youth to professional levels as well as adults. We are looking for another experienced Performance Coach to add to our incredible staff. At Healthy Baller, our culture is something we value and protect. Responsibilities
- Execute a majority of the Lacrosse Skill Work sessions
- Oversee all lacrosse leads for Healthy Baller Rockville
- Oversee all scheduling for the lacrosse space in Rockville
- Help coordinate relationships with new local club and high school lacrosse programs on behalf of Healthy Baller
- Create programming for all clients
- Document programming for all clients
- Learn the MindBody software use it on a daily basis for all scheduling and retail needs
- General cleanliness and upkeep of Facility
- Record and track Data relative to athletes goals
- Timely and Organized
- Represent Healthy Baller in and outside of Facility at all times
- Creating an environment clients want to experience again
Job Requirements
- Possess a US Lacrosse Membership
- CPR/AED Certified
- Skilled written and oral communication skills
- Familiarity in Training athletes, their environment, and needs
- Team oriented
- Passion for helping people of all ages
- High energy, motivating, and enthusiastic attitude brought every day
Job Types: Contract, Full-time
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
