About Stretch Life
Stretch Life is a one-on-one assisted stretching studio dedicated to helping clients improve flexibility, mobility, recovery, posture, and overall wellness. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional client experiences in a welcoming, professional environment while empowering our team members to grow both personally and professionally.
What You’ll Do
As an Assisted Stretch Therapist, you’ll work one-on-one with clients to improve mobility, flexibility, recovery, and overall movement through customized assisted stretching sessions.
Responsibilities include:
- Deliver personalized assisted stretching sessions tailored to each client’s goals.
- Educate clients on mobility, flexibility, recovery, posture, and injury prevention.
- Build lasting relationships that encourage consistency and long-term wellness.
- Document client progress using our scheduling and client management software.
- Recommend memberships and wellness programs that best support each client’s goals.
- Follow Stretch Life’s proven stretching techniques and safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment.
- Participate in team meetings, paid training, and continuing education.
- Represent Stretch Life with professionalism, enthusiasm, and outstanding customer service.

Paid Training Included
No assisted stretching experience? No problem.
Every new Stretch Therapist completes our comprehensive 30-hour paid Stretch Life Academy training program, including:
- Classroom instruction
- Hands-on practical training
- Shadowing experienced Stretch Therapists
- Client observation
- Stretch Life techniques and safety protocols
- Ongoing coaching and professional development
