Assistant Track and Field Coach -High School (anticipated)

The Adel DeSoto Minburn Community School District is seeking a highly motivated, quality applicant as our Assistant High School Track and Field Coach for the Spring 2026-27 season.

ADM competes in the highly competitive Raccoon River Conference in central Iowa. We have excellent facilities and strong athletic programs. ADM has tremendous community support for their athletic programs. Our coaching staff works great together and encourages student-athletes to be involved in multiple sports and activities. We are looking for a candidate to continue to build on the current program’s success.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma.
• Demonstrated aptitude for the work to be performed.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work well with staff, parents, and students
