Job Description
RNB Sports is looking for an energetic and dependable Assistant Tennis Coach to support group lessons, beginner development programs, camps, and match-play activities. This role is ideal for someone passionate about tennis, youth development, and creating a positive learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist lead coaches during tennis lessons, camps, and clinics
- Help organize drills, warm-ups, and match-play activities
- Support player development through structured instruction
- Encourage sportsmanship, discipline, and teamwork
- Maintain a safe and positive court environment
- Assist with setup and cleanup of equipment when needed
Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with kids, juniors, and beginner players
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Tennis playing or coaching experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
