Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee maintenance of the golf course and surroundings
• Actively manage hiring, training, and scheduling of staff
• Ensure safety in machinery usage among staff
• Collaborate with mechanics on equipment maintenance needs
• Provide insights on the course and infrastructure condition
Requirements:
• Experience preferred as an assistant superintendent
• At least two years in turf management or a related field
• Obtain a valid Quebec pesticide certificate within three months
• Proficient in mechanics, carpentry, and electricity principles
• Detail-oriented with strong leadership and organization skills
