What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a motivated, and customer-focused leader to support our Store Manager with daily operations, drive store performance, and elevate the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager in all aspects of daily operations
- Lead by example to foster a strong sales culture and positive team environment
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience through product knowledge, service, and enthusiasm
- Motivate team members to meet and exceed sales goals
- Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and scheduling
- Help build a fun, sports-focused store vibe that guests love coming back to

Work Environment
- Interacting regularly with customers, coworkers, and supervisors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Working in a retail sales floor, stockroom, and/or front counter area.
- Working under varying conditions including busy peak hours, weekends, holidays, and promotional events.
- Working with store approved music on and some occasional loud noises.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with company policies and health/safety regulations.
- Using point-of-sale (POS) systems and related technology efficiently and accurately.
Physical Requirements
- This position requires frequent movement throughout the store involving standing, walking, bending or lifting for extended periods.
- Must be able to frequently climb ladders/step stools and reach overhead.
- Must be able to count cash properly and accurately including coins and bills.
- Frequent use of hands and arms for data entry, and POS use.
- Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 pounds, carry merchandise, supplies and fixtures without assistance.
- Must be able to assist with materials or supplies as needed.
- Must be able to handle, stock and organize merchandise both on the sales floor and back stock/storage areas.
- Must be able to perform repetitive tasks and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written form.
- Vision requirements include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus when reading digital or printed material.
