Overview of the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager – Leisure Products to oversee the overall sales operations of the Leisure market segment. The role focuses on generating inquiries, planning and executing promotional activities, managing showroom and network partner sales, and handling leisure model-related tenders.

What You Will Do
• Achieve monthly national sales targets in line with projected KPIs.
• Handle customer inquiries effectively and maintain accurate records to ensure strong conversion ratios.
• Organize and execute sales promotional activities and customer engagement programs as per the annual promotional plan.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Water Sports Centers, Private Marinas, boat builders, financing and banking partners.
• Identify and recommend new dealer/sales partner/network appointments and support expansion and standardization initiatives.
• Develop and maintain a database of potential high-net-worth individuals and institutional customers.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide strategic market insights to the Line Manager to support business planning.
• To engage in demonstrating the Marine products to the customers ( Specially Yamaha Water Vehicles)

What Equips You for the Role
• CIM / SLIM qualification or a Degree in Marketing.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience, including at least 3+ years at executive level.
• Industry experience will be an added advantage.
