该职位来源于猎聘 Core Responsibilities: Responsible for the end-to-end management of Wilson's women's tennis training product lines. Integrate tennis philosophy with women's sports needs to develop product strategies, optimize category planning, and drive product innovation and market execution through cross-department collaboration. Continuously enhance Wilson's professional influence in tennis and the competitiveness of its women's products. I. Tennis Training Category Strategy Planning, Pricing Management, and Category Vision Leadership.

  • Develop and implement segmentation strategies for women's Tennis Training products, precisely targeting female players and sports enthusiasts of different levels.
  • Identify key opportunities for product segmentation and assortment planning based on sports market trends, professional tournaments, daily training insights, and women's sports consumption research.
  • Manage category pricing strategies to balance market competitiveness and profitability, regularly analyzing market dynamics and competitor pricing to adjust strategies promptly.
  • Define and communicate the long-term vision for the women's Tennis Training category, aligning internal teams and external partners toward common goals.
  • Drive innovation in the women's Tennis Training market through product differentiation, technological innovation, and scenario-based marketing strategies.
  • Monitor core category metrics (e.g., sales, market share, user feedback) to evaluate the effectiveness of segmentation and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with design, merchandising, retail, and other teams to ensure product positioning aligns closely with the brand's professional tennis image and business objectives. II. Tennis Training Line Management and End-to-End Coordination.
  • Act as the key bridge between design, merchandising, and marketing teams to ensure product concepts, timelines, and deliverables align with tennis characteristics and women's needs.
  • Assist the product team in planning design task allocations for seasonal collections, ensuring products meet professional tennis training and competition scenarios.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle to ensure the timely development and launch of Tennis Training products.
  • Leverage a deep understanding of tennis and high-intensity sports biomechanics to translate athlete insights into actionable product requirements, enhancing performance, comfort, and product applicability.
  • Conduct Tennis Training-specific market research and competitor analysis to guide design direction and quarterly product planning, incorporating insights into women's sports psychology and experience.
  • Proactively identify potential risks or delays in the product development process and drive solutions.
  • Optimize product line management processes to improve cross-department collaboration efficiency.
  • Lead design review meetings and quarterly planning kick-offs to ensure product direction closely aligns with Tennis Training requirements.
  • Develop training materials and product storytelling to help retail and sales teams convey the professional value of Wilson Tennis Training products and the philosophy of women's sports. III. External Resources and ODM Collaboration Management
  • Collaborate with the merchandising team lead and design team to manage external design resources, integrate needs from fabric suppliers and accessory vendors, and improve development efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project timelines for each Tennis Training product line, ensuring key milestones are achieved.
  • Support ODM projects to ensure products meet Wilson Tennis Training professional standards and align with the Tennis product line, optimizing cost control and production efficiency.
