About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Qiddiya Investment Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various large-scale development projects within the Qiddiya entertainment city. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent project management expertise, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager will work closely with stakeholders, contractors, and internal departments to ensure project objectives align with the strategic vision of Qiddiya. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects in the entertainment, hospitality, or infrastructure sectors and will be adept at navigating the challenges of large-scale development initiatives.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred. A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in managing large-scale development projects, is required. Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent are highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency in project management software, and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and regulatory compliance. Experience working in the Middle East or on international projects will be considered an asset.
Responsibilities
The Project Manager will be responsible for developing detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. They will oversee project execution, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure timely delivery. The role involves coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure quality standards are met.
