About Us
Whitefield Football Club & Academy is a structured youth development academy affiliated with KSFA & AIFF, focused on building players through a long-term development pathway. We operate under a academy owned PACE Coaching Framework and are expanding our grassroots coaching team.
Role Overview
We are looking for AIFF ‘D’ Licence Coaches to support training across Toddler Program (3–5 years) and AFC ‘C’ for Foundation Phase (U7–U15). This role is critical in delivering high-energy, engaging, and development-focused sessions while supporting Head Coaches in maintaining training quality.
Key Responsibilities
Session Delivery & Support
Assist in planning and delivering structured training sessions
Support Head Coach in executing session objectives
Ensure high ball rolling time and player engagement
Maintain discipline while keeping sessions fun and interactive
Player Development
Focus on basic technical development (ball mastery, coordination, 1v1 skills)
Encourage creativity and confidence in players
Support tracking of player progress and attendance
Toddler & Foundation Handling
Deliver fun-based, movement-oriented sessions for 3–5 age group
Manage mixed-ability groups effectively
Ensure safe and positive learning environment
Professional Conduct
Maintain punctuality and session readiness
Follow academy guidelines and coaching methodology
Engage professionally with parents when required
Eligibility Criteria
Mandatory: AIFF ‘D’ or AFC ‘C’ Licence (Completed or Awaiting Results)
Preferred:
1–3 years of grassroots coaching experience
Experience with toddlers or U7–U15 age groups
Basic understanding of small-sided games and game-based learning
Licence and currently working with School
