Thomas Ridge Athletics is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Men’s Basketball Coach to join our team for the 2026 Winter season. We are a Post – Graduate Program that helps and promotes student athletes to the next level. We are looking for a driven and motivated individual with a passion for coaching and developing young athletes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Coach and mentor student-athletes in running skills, strategy, and sportsmanship.
– Develop practice plans and coordinate training sessions.
– Lead recruitment efforts for prospective players.
– Promote a positive team culture and commitment to excellence.
–Recruiting players to our program is a big part of what we do!!!!!
-Must be able to Lead Recruitment and show results!!!!!
– Showing up on time is huge!
**Qualifications:**
– Minimum of 3 years of coaching experience, preferably at the high school level.
– Previous recruiting experience is highly desirable.
– Strong communication and leadership skills.
– Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.
**Compensation:**
Pay is based on experience. And your ability to recruit.
