The Director of Player Personnel will play an integral role within the USD Football Program. Working with the Football staff and reporting to the Head Football Coach, the individual serving in this position is responsible for the oversight of the recruiting department. This position will oversee the entire recruiting department, identify, evaluate, collect, and organize data on prospective student-athletes, manage recruiting territories for countable coaches, manage the film evaluation process and plan, supervise, coordinate, and execute unofficial and official visits, and coordinate camps and clinics.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and knowledge of the sport of football and familiar with all aspects of the program. The selected candidate must have knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations. Working knowledge of computer systems and various film editing and recruiting software is desired
