A. Key Responsibilities
- Apply data collection and analytical techniques to identify patterns and develop predictive models.
- Design and develop AI models using machine learning and data mining techniques for various use cases.
- Optimize AI models to achieve high accuracy and minimize errors.
- Build and deploy AI systems leveraging open-source technologies, cloud platforms, and modern infrastructures.
- Maintain and enhance existing AI systems to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
- Ensure AI systems meet performance benchmarks and client expectations.
- Conduct research and development to improve system performance and expand AI application capabilities.
B. Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent practical experience) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an AI Engineer or in a similar role.
- At least 2 years of experience with object-oriented programming languages (e.g., Python).
- Strong knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Computer Vision
- Speech/Voice Processing
- Optimization
- Time Series Analysis
- Tabular Data Processing
- Experience with popular deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (especially Microsoft Azure) is a plus.
- Proficiency in English or Japanese is an advantage.
