Key Responsibilities:
• Instruct swim programs following YMCA Canada Guidelines
• Lifeguard in accordance with health regulations
• Ensure a safe environment for all aquatic users
• Support children positively in recreation settings
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of aquatic areas
Requirements:
• Relevant experience with children in recreational roles
• Current Intermediate/Standard First Aid/CPR certification
• NLS and YMCA Swim Instructors certification
• YMCA Aquatic Fitness certification recommended
• Clear criminal reference check required upon hiring
