• Mentor instructors and assist in training sessions
Requirements:
• Prior swim instruction experience is required
• Current LSS Swim or Red Cross certifications needed
• Standard First Aid and Lifeguard awards must be current
• Police check for vulnerable sector is mandatory
• Excellent communication skills are essential
