In this role, you’ll deliver lifeguarding services and instruct patrons in aquatic skills aligned with established standards. Your key responsibilities will include maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the pool area, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for all visitors. Your effective communication and problem-solving skills will be essential as you navigate daily challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver lifeguarding services during your assigned shifts
• Instruct patrons on vital aquatic skills
• Maintain a clean and safe pool environment
• Follow established practices with tact and firmness
• Consult supervisors on challenging issues
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Certifications in lifeguarding and aquatic instruction
• Strong knowledge of CPR and first aid
• Ability to instruct aquatic skills effectively
• Police information check required
