We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and purpose-driven individual to join our growing team in a unique dual-role position combining community outreach and swim instruction.

About the Role
This position combines:
Community outreach & brand awareness
Social media engagement & marketing
Water safety advocacy
Swim instruction & student development
During daytime hours, you will help grow our impact in the community through outreach, partnerships, social media, and events. In the evenings, you will transition into the pool deck, helping children and adults become safer and more confident in the water.

What You’ll Be Doing Community Outreach & Marketing
- Represent British Swim School within the community
- Visit schools, daycares, camps, and family-centered businesses
- Assist with social media content, engagement, and brand awareness
- Help organize and attend festivals, vendor events, and outreach booths
- Build relationships with families and community partners
- Share our mission of water safety and drowning prevention
Swim Instruction & Water Safety
- Teach swim lessons using British Swim School methods
- Create a fun, encouraging, and safe learning environment
- Help children overcome fear and gain confidence in the water
- Educate families on the importance of water safety
- Provide positive feedback and support to students and parents
- Be part of a team focused on changing and saving lives through swim education
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who is:
- Passionate about helping children and families
- Comfortable speaking with parents and engaging with the community
- Energetic, dependable, and positive
- Comfortable using social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook
- Excited to represent a mission-driven organization
- Willing to learn and grow within aquatics and community outreach
- Comfortable working in and around water
Swim experience, marketing experience, or customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person with the right heart and attitude.
Schedule
- Approximately 30 hours weekly
- Daytime outreach and marketing
- Evening swim instruction
- Some weekend availability for lessons and community events
