Group Workout Instructor
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Group Workout Instructor at Places Leisure, where you will work in a fun, lively environment with likeminded people. You will help inspire others to work together, deliver their very best and motivate them to achieve their aims safely and encouragingly. All Group Workout Instructors should hold a qualification suitable for delivery of our world‑class Group Workout Programme, and we support motivated, driven individuals who wish to achieve this qualification.
Responsibilities
- Deliver group workouts to large and small classes in a fast‑paced environment, engaging the attention of a room full of participants.
- Show strong people skills, placing customers’ needs at the forefront and building personable, meaningful relationships.
- Exhibit exceptional time‑management skills to keep classes on schedule.
- Maintain interest in continuous personal development, keeping knowledge up‑to‑date and staying informed of industry trends.
- Comfortably work with customers of all abilities, supporting their fitness journeys at any stage.
- Collaborate with the team to keep facilities clean and safe, adhering to regulations and company procedures.
Qualifications
• Qualification suitable for delivery of our world‑class Group Workout Programme
• Previous experience in the fitness industry, especially personal and group training
