As a Group Fitness Instructor, you will report directly to the Group Fitness Manager. Your mission is to provide exceptional instruction tailored to all fitness levels while ensuring a fun, welcoming atmosphere. Bring your experience and knowledge to foster excitement in every class and enhance member engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Instruct diverse and energetic aqua fitness classes
• Adhere to standardized Club training techniques
• Build lasting connections with Club members
• Ensure classes start and end on time consistently
• Collect and share feedback to enhance program quality
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• Minimum 1 year of Group Fitness instruction experience
• National Fitness Instruction Specialist Certification required
• Additional fitness certifications are an asset
• Health and nutrition certification is a plus
