Axesell is a fast-growing, full-service Amazon consulting and management agency founded in 2021 by eCommerce expert Muiz Tariq. We scale Amazon brands through advanced PPC, full account management, and product launches across categories like sports, kitchen, home, beauty, and supplements.
We're hiring an Amazon Brand Manager (2-3 years) to own brand strategy and performance for a portfolio of private-label brands across the US and UK marketplaces.

What you'll do
- Own end-to-end brand strategy and growth for a portfolio of private-label Amazon brands
- Lead full account management in partnership with our catalog & design teams — catalog health, listing and A+ content optimization, inventory/FBA coordination, and Buy Box/pricing strategy
- Personally own PPC end-to-end — strategy, budget allocation, bid and keyword optimization, and hitting ACoS/TACoS/ROI KPIs across all campaigns
- Build and execute product launch and ranking strategies (keyword indexing, organic rank, review velocity)
- Drive external/off-Amazon traffic (Meta, Google, TikTok, influencers, DSP) and bring DTC thinking into brand growth
- Own the client relationship — reporting, roadmaps, and business reviews with clear, actionable insight
- Use automation and AI tools to scale output and decision-making
What we're looking for
- 3+ years managing and scaling Amazon brands (agency background strongly preferred)
- Track record across 5, 6 & 7-figure brands
- Strong hands-on PPC command + sharp brand strategy, DTC, and external-traffic thinking
- Deep command of the Amazon ecosystem: FBA, catalog, organic ranking, conversion, Brand Registry tools
- Strong with Amazon Ads Console, Helium10, DataDive
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Self-starter with exceptional work ethic and ownership
