Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Administrator prodaje role based in Zagreb, Croatia. The Sales Administrator will handle order processing from inquiry to delivery, including preparing offers, confirming orders, tracking shipments, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems. The role includes daily communication with clients and partners, providing product information, collecting requirements for personalization, and coordinating with the warehouse and production teams. The Sales Administrator will update and maintain the product database and price lists, support the preparation of contracts and documentation, and assist in organizing presentations or showroom visits at the Macron Sport Hub. The role also involves basic reporting on sales activities, supporting account managers, and contributing to a positive and professional customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, including accurate data entry, document handling, and record keeping.
- Customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clubs, teams, and individual clients.
- Basic sales support skills, such as preparing offers, managing orders, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and ability to learn internal sales or ERP systems.
- Fluency in Croatian and good working knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Previous experience in sales administration, retail, sports equipment, or a related field is an advantage.
- Interest in sports and team environments, with a proactive and collaborative approach to work.
