RC SLAM Limited is a newly established Sports Academy in Hong Kong specializing in Tennis and Fitness training. We aim to nurture the next generation of passionate and skilled athletes. We believe in the uniqueness of each student and tailor our training to unleash their potential. With a foundation of mutual respect and commitment, we strive to help our athletes achieve their own Grand Slams. Our training sessions take place in our indoor studio, residential clubhouses and various sports courts.
Role Description
This is a full-time / part-time, hybrid role for an Administrative Officer located in Hong Kong SAR. The Administrative Officer will oversee the day-to-day administration of the academy, coordinate scheduling and bookings, provide support to our coaching and management teams, and ensure efficient office operations. The role also involves handling inquiries, managing customer communication, and maintaining accurate records and documentation. The candidate will be an essential part of a passionate team dedicated to providing an exceptional training environment for students.
Qualifications
- Strong General Administration and Administrative Assistance skills to manage schedules, handle documentation, and oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, respond to stakeholder needs, and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Exceptional Organization Skills, including attention to detail, prioritization, and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in using office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) is highly desirable.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Prior experience in a similar administrative role or within the sports or fitness industry is beneficial.
