Become a Program Assistant with Ontario Track3, where your efforts will empower young athletes with disabilities through innovative sports programming. This role focuses on expanding off-snow options while enhancing alpine programs.

You will actively participate in working with Track3’s leadership to pilot new initiatives that reach beyond the winter season in the Grey-Bruce Region. Central to this position is knowledge transfer; you’ll be involved in all operations, ensuring valuable insights are captured and documented throughout your time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive development of new off-snow sports programs

• Strengthen and grow current alpine offerings

• Learn and record best practices within program operations

• Achieve ownership of specific process workflows

• Advocate for community inclusion through sports engagement

Requirements:

• Enthusiasm for supporting athletes with disabilities

• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively

• Passion for learning and documenting complex processes
