As a Titleist Fitting Specialist for 15 months, you will be conducting events focused on fitting and trials that directly impact a vast audience of golf enthusiasts. Your knowledge and customer service skills will enhance the overall fitting experience. Attending various events from Wednesday to Sunday will be a key responsibility, ensuring golfers leave satisfied.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct fittings at events primarily during the golf season
• Handle logistics for events including planning and execution
• Communicate with customers pre and post events
• Share fitting specifications and advice with golfers
• Provide high-quality customer service throughout
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or higher preferred
• Expert level fitting and customer service ability
• Comfortable using technology such as Track Man
• Reliable vehicle for transporting tools
• Capacity to lift 40 lbs and stand for extended durations
