ACADEMY DIRECTOR / LEAD COACH – IN7 x ALPHA SPORTS ACADEMY
Sibiu, Romania
We are looking for an ambitious and professional Academy Director / Lead Coach to help build and lead the padel academy inside a new premium-level padel & golf club in Sibiu, Romania.
The project is developed together with IN7 and Alpha Sports Academy (Belgium), with the objective of creating one of the strongest and most professional padel environments in the region.
THE CLUB
* 6 premium padel courts
* Mondo Supercourt X3 turf (Premier Padel standard)

* 2 golf simulators

* Premium lounges and member areas
* Strong long-term vision for academy and community development
THE ROLE
This is not just a coaching position.
We are looking for someone who wants to help BUILD an academy and become a key part of the project long-term.
The selected candidate will:
ACADEMY
* Deliver private and group padel lessons
* Organize and manage the academy structure
* Handle inscriptions and lesson planning
* Build kids and adult academy programs
* Help develop academy standards and player pathways
* Eventually coordinate and supervise additional coaches
COMMUNITY & EVENTS
* Organize leagues, americanos, mexicanos and club events
* Help create an active and premium padel community
* Support tournaments and social activities
* Be present and visible inside the club
* Create energy, professionalism and engagement around the academy
PROFILE
* Strong competitive padel level
* Coaching experience required
* Experience in academy or club environments is a strong plus
* Professional, organized and reliable
* Strong communication and people skills
* Entrepreneurial mentality
* Comfortable with responsibility and building a project
* English mandatory
* Romanian is a plus
IMPORTANT
Relocation to Sibiu, Romania is mandatory.
