Position: 7th Grade Girls’ Volleyball Head Coach
Location: Hastings Middle School

Description:

• Prior volleyball playing or coaching experience required
• Prior collegiate volleyball playing experience OR high school coaching experience preferred
• Must be available for daily practice 3:30-5:30 weekdays and 8:30-10:30 Saturdays
• Must be available to ride the bus to away matches. Buses usually leave around 4 pm and return after the matches around 9 pm
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with a wide range of people and adjust coaching style based on the learning styles of the athletes
• Must value and display effort, communication, sportsmanship and fun
