We are looking for an experienced and highly capable 2nd Process Leader to oversee and optimize all second process operations within our footwear production line. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to drive efficiency and quality across all second process activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all second process operations in footwear production, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and quality standards are met.
- Develop, implement, and optimize second process workflows and production planning.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Troubleshoot production challenges and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, production targets, and safety regulations.
- Lead and support team members to achieve operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in second process operations within the footwear industry.
- Strong understanding of all types of second processes in footwear industry.
- Knowledgeable in planning second process workflows.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience in preparing reports and presenting to management.
- Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal is an advantage).
