Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Athletic Director to oversee all aspects of our athletic programs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports and education, with a focus on fostering student-athletes’ growth and success.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement athletic programs that align with the school’s mission and values
• Manage the budget for athletic programs, including equipment, travel, and facilities
• Recruit, hire, and supervise coaching staff
• Coordinate scheduling of practices, games, and tournaments
• Ensure compliance with all league, conference, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with academic staff to support student-athletes’ academic success
• Promote a positive team culture that emphasizes sportsmanship, teamwork, and integrity

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education Administration or related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Experience working in higher education teaching or university athletics
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to educate and mentor student-athletes
• Knowledge of IHSAA rules and regulations
