1) Outbound Operation Executive B2B

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales order management

  • Create and update retail and wholesale sales orders in the ERP system
  • Maintain accuracy of the sales order book
  • Accurate and timely product allocation for multi channels
  • Monitor inventory and launch schedules to ensure proper order processing

Outbound supply chain operation

  • Manage the end-to-end B2B outbound fulfilment processes and ensure on-time delivery
  • Support sales channels by addressing operational inquiries and basic issues
  • Coordinate and facilitate process closely related to outbound process such as CS, VAS, etc

Cross-functional collaboration

  • Collaborate with internal teams including inbound, warehouse & distribution, and commercial team
  • Work closely with 3PL service partners to ensure smooth and efficient outbound logistics and maintain high service levels

ERP system & process support

  • Participate in ERP Microsoft 365 Dynamics launch project, including operations UAT (User Acceptance Testing)

Analysis & reporting

  • Prepare basic outbound and order management reports
  • Maintain and update reporting tools that support operational visibility

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS

  • Experience: 2–4 years in sales administration, supply chain management, or logistics (global sports brand or fashion retail industry experience preferred)
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, logistics, or related field
  • Strong understanding of order management, and outbound SCM process
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication skills in English and native Korean (written and verbal)
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

2) Outbound Operation Executive Online

POSITION SUMMARY

The Outbound Operation Executive supports the eCommerce outbound process within the supply chain team for New Balance Korea. This role focuses on the day‑to‑day execution and coordination of online outbound operations, ensuring accurate order processing and timely fulfilment. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, the position supports smooth outbound flows and contributes to improving operational efficiency and customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Order management

  • Support sales order processing for NB.com and marketplace channels through the OMS
  • Assist in monitoring product availability in line with sales and launch plans
  • Help maintain accuracy of the sales order book and related data

Outbound supply chain operation

  • Support eCommerce fulfilment operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery
  • Assist sales and eCommerce teams with outbound‑related operational needs
  • Support outbound‑related processes such as CS coordination, VAS handling, and issue resolution

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Closely collaborate with internal teams including inbound, warehouse & distribution, and eCommerce team to ensure seamless end-to-end outbound operations
  • Work with the CS team to assist with order‑related inquiries and post‑purchase support
  • Support communication with 3PL partners to help maintain smooth outbound operations and service levels

ERP & OMS system management

  • Participate in ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365) and OMS implementation projects
  • Support operational UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and system stabilization activities

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS

  • Experience: 2–4 years in eCommerce operations, SCM, or related field
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Basic understanding of eCommerce business, order management, and outbound SCM process
  • Familiarity with OMS and ERP systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Native Korean (written and verbal)
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

3) Outbound Operations Specialist (Online)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Order management

  • Manage sales orders for NB.com and marketplace channels in the OMS
  • Ensure product availability aligns with sales and launch plans
  • Manage and ensure accuracy of the sales order book

Outbound supply chain operation

  • Manage end-to-end eCommerce fulfilment processes to ensure on-time and accurate delivery
  • Provide operational support to sales & eCommerce channels to drive sales and business growth
  • Coordinate and facilitate process closely related to outbound process such as CS, VAS, etc

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Closely collaborate with internal teams including inbound, warehouse & distribution, and eCommerce team to ensure seamless end-to-end outbound operations
  • Work closely with the CS team to support order‑related cases and improve the overall post‑purchase customer experience
  • Work closely with 3PL service partners to ensure smooth and efficient outbound logistics and maintain high service levels

ERP & OMS system management

  • Actively participate ERP Microsoft 365 Dynamics & OMS launch project, including Operations UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
  • Continuously review and optimize outbound supply chain processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels

Analysis & Reporting

  • Manage accurate reporting and analysis of eCommerce orders providing business insights against projected sales
  • Develop reporting tools to facilitate outbound process and provide work progress visibility

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS

  • Experience: 5–7 years in eCommerce operations, SCM, or related field
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce business, order management, and outbound SCM process
  • Proficiency in OMS, ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Native Korean (written and verbal)
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
