Job Expectations:
- Teach USAG level 1-6 skills and routines
- Build long lasting relationships with families, and exceed parent expectations. We treat our members like family.
- Attend meets, and other performances team is involved in
- Implementing of staff training and miscellaneous projects around the gym.
- Utilize/create lesson plans for all gymnastics and acrobatic classes
- Be part of a progressive minded management team to ensure growth and health of the business.
Requirements:
- Must be able to physically lift/spot children.
- Must be able to read and follow a lesson plan.
- Must be a positive individual, with a passion for children and high energy.
- A background in competitive gymnastics is preferred but personality and commitment is our number 1 priority.
Hours based upon seasonal schedule. Must be able to teach a minimum of 12 hours per week and do 3-5 hours of management per week.
