Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager at Pure Padel's Nottingham location. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the club, assisting in managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Key responsibilities include handling bookings and memberships, coordinating events, maintaining facilities, and providing support to the Club Manager. The role requires effective leadership, organizational, and communication skills to support a thriving padel community.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
- Experience in customer service and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction
- Ability to coordinate events and activities, showcasing planning and execution skills
- Proficiency in using booking systems, basic administrative tools, and Microsoft Office suite
- Interest in sports or fitness, with a passion for community building and engagement
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively under pressure
- Previous experience in sports club management or hospitality is a plus
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
