Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role based in Milton, GA, for a Soccer Coach at Rush Union Soccer. The Soccer Coach will be responsible for planning and leading soccer training sessions, developing players' technical and tactical skills, and promoting sportsmanship and discipline. Additional responsibilities include fostering a positive team environment, maintaining strong communication with players and parents, and guiding athletes in their education about the sport. The role may also include participation in tournaments and events to represent the club.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Soccer Coaching and Football principles
- Strong Communication skills for interacting with players, parents, and staff
- Experience in Coaching and Education, with a focus on mentorship and player development
- Demonstrated ability to foster teamwork and leadership skills among players
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive environment
- Relevant coaching certifications/licenses are highly desirable
- Experience working in a youth sports program is a plus
